This morning I did a breathwork practice that I generally try to practice several times a week. But due to my recent travels I didn’t have a chance to really settle and connect to my body in this way.
Breathwork, (and here I am referring to connected breathing, the one when you breath in & out of your mouth with no pause between inhale & exhale, exhale & inhale), is a pathway to experiencing more openness in the body, deeper sensitivity, healing, release of trauma or any blockages &..... ecstatic orgasmic states!
I stumbled upon it a few days ago and thought to myself "Wow, how beautiful. And how amazing it would have been, if we all humans, men and women related to Cock as a Healing Magic Wand!" (yes, caps here because that is how I treat Cock).
I work with men and most men, I find, have somewhat neglected and even shameful relationship to their cocks: Its size, its shape, its ability to perform or not etc.

Last week I was a part of the event organized by Evryman, (www.evryman.com) an organization that supports men, aspiring men to connect deeper to their emotions, be vulnerable & more embodied.
This time the founders of the group had women present at the event. As women became curious what exactly men do in those groups & if women should be supportive or concerned.
This past weekend I was in Denver, CO and was invited to a speaking event in prison. I was fortunate to witness the inmates sharing their "One Last Talk". The concept of these talks that the men were sharing is based on the book "One Last Talk" by Phillip McKernan, who is a renowned speaker, author and coach and who has become a dear friend. And who was leading the event.
