BREATHWORK - THE ULTIMATE PATHWAY TO FULL BODY ENERGY BLISS

This morning I did a breathwork practice that I generally try to practice several times a week. But due to my recent travels I haven’t had a chance to really settle in and connect to my body in this way in a while.

Breathwork (and here I am referring to the type of breathwork called connected breathing, meaning breathing in & out of your mouth with no pause between inhale & exhale, exhale & inhale) is a pathway to experiencing more openness in the body, deeper sensitivity, healing, release of trauma or any blockages &..... ecstatic orgasmic states!

About a year ago this was not familiar to my body &, similar to how it feels to a lot of my clients, seemed magical & unreal.

But these days my own breath can take me to the deepest & most unfathomable places as long as I allow for surrender to happen, stay open & very tuned in to my body.

When you practice breathwork, you might not feel much at first. It all depends on your individual body sensitivity & how aware you are of the subtleties of the sensations flowing through the body. To notice these you must be very attentive & it may take hours of spending time with yourself - feeling your body. And that is not something that we are taught in our culture… & it’s especially hard to do in a busy, fast-paced city (like NYC, for instance).

Moreover, if one has never practiced this, and all of a sudden is put in a place of "being with oneself" - it can feel uncomfortable, the mind starts to run the show, resistance kicks in etc.
However, if you give it a try, just 10 minutes can create tremendous benefit.

So this morning… I had a release, I had tears running down my cheeks, I shook & tremored & also let any sounds out that wanted to come out. This is how my body processes energy blocks. At times those blocks are just accumulations of minor stresses from the week or last several weeks, and sometimes they are a much bigger trauma or painful experience that requires attention & healing.

And so, what I’m trying to say in this letter to you is that yes, breathwork can be a natural practice leading to orgasmic bliss, but if your body is clogged up with years & years of trauma and stresses that have never been felt through, you will experience discomfort at first, which will eventually turn into ease, letting go, softening ......

& finally you will be taken to your natural state of being - FEELING ECSTASY & BLISS IN ALL PARTS OF YOUR BODY!

Much Love, Iryna
