Meditation and mindfulness enable you to experience life more fully, noticing subtleties in sensations and emotions. Meditation will play a major role in mastering your attention, and right now, attention is the most valuable currency.
 

Men who have a consistent meditation practice possess much deeper presence, and as a result, they become far more attractive to women.
