HOW TO TRANSFORM YOUR PORN HABIT INTO HOLISTIC SELF-PLEASURE
Hey handsome,
Right now more than ever men are reaching out for help. COVID really was hard on all of us. I'm hearing over and over on my intro calls: “I have used porn before, here and there, while masturbating, but now, since the pandemic hit, it’s gotten even worse. I know it’s bad, but I don’t know what to do, whom to talk to, or how to resolve it.”
My invitation is to fully stop this destructive habit of masturbating to porn and to replace it with a more holistic approach.
So for a change, try masturbating without porn. It might be hard at first, and that’s ok. You’ll need to reconcile with your body and feel into the discomfort of not being hard (since that’s what you may experience: a flaccid penis and total boredom).
Feel through this boredom, resistance, discomfort, not feeling manly, etc.
You see, masturbation isn’t wrong if you do it consciously. It can be wonderful and powerful, sort of like meditating on your pleasure, exploring your body, and feeling the whole spectrum of sensations.
It’s a practice one must learn, going into it with a childlike curiosity, as an exploration of your body, with an intention of giving yourself love and pleasure - not as a release of tension, stress, or frustration, or in order to fall asleep.
There are countless benefits to this new approach, the most important being that you’ll get your stamina back, your sensation back, you’ll feel your partner more, and you’ll have a better sex life.
So I invite you, gentlemen, to take up a challenge for the next 30 days to ditch porn, and instead self-pleasure once or twice a week, going into the practice with an intention of exploration and feeling pleasure. Set a timer for 20 min, play nice relaxing music, use coconut oil, and have fun.
