DO THIS ONE PRACTICE DAILY TO LAST LONGER DURING SEX

If you were to ask me for the number ONE PRACTICE that is the most beneficial for a man to do daily in order to last longer during sex it would be the one I'm describing and guiding you through in this video.

It is a Tao practice called the MICROCOSMIC ORBIT! A bit of a woo-woo name - but don’t get put off by the name. It is very simple to do and takes only 20 min. Once you learn the technique, you can even condense it into a quick 5 or 10 min practice. You may do it seated or standing, in the mornings, evenings, or at work during your breaks (since it also helps you get grounded and energized).

I once had a client - a captain on a ship - who would do this meditation in 100 repetitions. Sailors are known to spend their free time when onboard watching porn and masturbating, thus depleting their energy and creating more performance anxiety. So instead the captain substituted the bad habit with this really simple breathing/meditation practice. This practice alone changed his life, changed how he related to sex and intimacy, and most importantly: his bad porn + masturbation habit was gone.

Especially since the pandemic, men are more than ever using porn and masturbation so as to alleviate stress and anxiety or have some outlet to release an urge, when intimacy with a partner is non-existent.
