GRATITUDE IS A GATEWAY TO JOY

Have you ever found yourself in a perpetual state of gratitude? Even for a day or maybe a few hours? How does it feel in your body?

I have found myself being in this state for the last few weeks (after I had that epic full body orgasm during my work out class, hehe).

For me, I've been feeling like I've been on drugs of which the effect doesn't wear off. Everything has been bringing me joy. Everyone I’ve met & interacted with - I’ve felt so much love for. Every moment I’ve felt so much gratitude for. The openness & expansion in my chest & back has felt tingly & ticklish, and I’ve laughed so much & so hard like I haven't in the longest time.

The most surprising shifts have happened in my interactions with my lover.

One time when we made love, instead of focusing on what he wasn't doing that I wanted him to, I consciously relaxed my whole being & started whispering into his ear: "Thank you, thank you. I'm so grateful for you." I kept saying it over & over again. And to my amazement, the next thing I experienced was a tremendous amount of pleasure overflowing my whole body. He kept pouring into me more & more, with such generosity, that it was almost unbearable to take in. This shift created more spaciousness & more openness between us & for each of us.

What you are grateful for today or this week? In anticipation of Thanksgiving holiday, instead of focusing on what you don’t want to happen, I invite you to focus on what you are grateful for. And to celebrate that!

…Especially in your intimate life with your beloved. Share with him or her what he/she does well in the bedroom. Be genuine! And be enthusiastic!

Magic will happen.

Much Love & Gratitude, Iryna
