WHAT I LEARNED BEING IN A GROUP OF 11 POWERFUL MEN

On Monday I co-facilitated a workshop for men only - "Illuminating a Powerful Man within" with a male teacher, Joshua Lunior. And what an incredible experience it was! 

It was nothing like I had planned for it to be. I was so immensely grateful for how receptive the men were to my insight, how open & vulnerable they allowed themselves to be among other men in the space we co-created.

But the most powerful learning for me was that I felt held and grounded in the male energy.

I softened, connected even more to my feminine and relaxed in the flow of our discussion. I trusted myself and the container. The men shared amongst each other, learned from each other's experiences, cheered for one another and relaxed in the knowing that every man faces similar hurdles and fears. We do not have to be in this alone. 

And so the message to women that arose in me through this felt-sense experience I connected into during the workshop, is this… 

The softer we are in our feminine, the more connected we are are to our truth and feminine wisdom - the more we empower our men to be the powerful, present, confident men we desire them to be!
