Each module of this course covers a specific topic that is designed to help you both explore and learn, as well as integrate the information with practices, exercises, and journaling prompts.
Within every module you will receive an educational video by me on the topic (Module) of the week, a supportive practice you can use to apply the learning, and our weekly 90 min live calls.
MODULE 1 | HEART
The course will begin with a focus on the power of self-love and the connection to your heart center, which is a power center for women. There will be practices (one of them - i.e. breast massage) that are crucial in opening up your heart to more love and healing any past heart breaks.
MODULE 2 | HEALING
Once we have opened up to love, this module will take you into the practices of healing. We'll look at any shame you might be holding around sexuality, the beliefs you have around being a sensual woman, and what messages you might have received about women and sexuality.
MODULE 3 | ANATOMY
In this module we dive deeper into the details of the anatomy of female arousal. Most women have received very problematic information on how our bodies work, and especially how female sexuality works. We'll also look at how this might have impacted the relationship we have with our pussys.
MODULE 4 | CONNECTION
For module 4 we will focus on the holistic tools that will support you in building a deeper felt sense connection to your pussy, and find new ways of relating to this part of yourself. And how holistic self-pleasure can be a get away to your most sensual erotic sovereign part of you.
MODULE 5 | ORGASM
This module is where it gets juicy! The entire week is dedicated to orgasms and creating the kind of ecology in your body that allows you to be multi-orgasmic. We will talk about the different types of orgasms that can be available to you and what conditions will help you make space for them.
MODULE 6 | WILDERNESS
For module 6 we tap into the primal, wild, and sexual energy of being a woman - your Sacred Whore. We'll explore that hunger in you that has been wanting more and look at ways to satiate that appetite in satisfying and nourishing ways.
MODULE 7 | DESIRE
Once we have tuned into your wild, we look at what fuels it: Your desires. Learn how to communicate your turn on with your partner, acknowledge your own needs and desires, and connect with your sensuality. Feel empowered in the world owning your desires and safe in your body while you do.
MODULE 8 | RELATIONSHIP
With the foundation of the last modules, module 8 focuses on relationships. How to use your erotisism in a clean non-manipulative way and come from a place of devotion to yourself first and than to your man in order to connect with your partner, or magnetize the man you desire.
MODULE 9 | BOUNDARIES
Continuing on the theme of relationship, in this module we will focus on what boundaries you create with yourself and with your man. The way your feminine energy flourishes is with boundaries that allow it to feel protected, nourished, and supported. Learn what boundaries are, what they aren't, and how you can set and hold them to experience your feminine energy in flow.
MODULE 10 | POLARITY
At this point, you have learned the foundations of the Sacred Whore: The woman who knows what she wants, listens to her desires, and leads with them. This last module ties it all together and will focus on the beautiful dance between masculine and feminine.
Meet Iryna
Iryna Sulim is a Sex, Love and Relationship Coach who helps men and women find their truth through the portal of sexuality. Iryna has been a men’s sexuality coach for the last 5 years and has expanded her work to mentor women and couples.
